    Very, very good! Everytime! Happy to have found a Chef that knows what he's doing? Need to mention the prime rib. Only available Fri and Sat. Saturday reservations to try it. Out! Out! Only available 2 days and they are out before 7 on a Saturday??? Hope they figure that out! Unhappy!????

    I’ve eaten at most restaurants in Salem and all I have to say is this place is the best!! I had the prime rib and my wife had the fettuccine Alfredo. Both dishes came nice and hot and absolutely delicious. This place is the bomb. They were packed and pretty busy service was a bit lacking but the food was with the wait. Much better than I expected in Salem. We will visit them again!! Finally a great place to eat in Salem.

    The salads looked good and my soup was excellent but my burger was tasteless. I had to put ketchup on it to add some flavor. One of my friends had pasta and she said it had good flavor but it was dry. The server was very attentive and nice, but it took a long time to get our food even though it wasn’t busy.

    My wife and I had never been there. We heard the food was very good and they had a jazz band playing. Good reasons to go. What happened was it took 35 minutes to get our 1st drink. The server helping us was covering all the tables including a table of 8. Two other guys were behind the bar with the bartender and were shooting the breeze for about 40 minutes before they did anything. Maybe they were off the clock. We stayed because of the music and when the food finally arrived it was very good. The 3 star is for the poor service though our guy was working his but off to get to everyone.

    What a wonderful experience. We were looking forward to celebrating Christmas dinner early December. We had to head back to FL and waned to spend as much time with our beautiful son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. The staff was attentive and understanding. The food was sooo good! Loved the ambiance and everything about Chira’s! Food is always amazing every I go I always recommend it I am a local And this is one of my top restaurants to come
