Masonry Grill

Food was good, desserts were excellent, great beer list, and I had the best Old Fashioned I've ever had!
The fries were amazing. The service was great, quick and attentive even on a busy Friday night. We have found a new favorite.

Burger came out medium well. The server asked if medium was okay. The third star is because the beer cheese fondue was delicious, but lacking in quantity. For $9, I would expect more then 3 pretzels. Wait staff was good & friendly, a bit stretched if it was an active Friday night, but it was a Thursday night, so not busy. The interior atmosphere is inviting & welcoming.

The food was good, but after spending a couple of hundred bucks on food and drinks, I walk out to my car and find a $39.00 ticket!
Since the door into the grill is in the parking lot, it seemed reasonable it was associated with the restaurant. A very large surcharge for dinner!

We like the decor of the new place. The service was friendly. The burger and fries were delicious. The chicken tacos were pedestrian at best. They are definitely still working out some of the new place kinks, but we will come back. We want to check out the bar and the other stuff on the menu.

Loved my first experience at The Masonry Grill! The bartenders make the best fresh and creative cocktails! Chef Sam does an amazing job with all the dishes I have tried so far! I really can’t say which dish is my favorite because they are all so different and a
delicious in their own ways. I do have to say the Italian dishes are the best I’ve had in a long time and definitely the BEST in Salem. My young kids loved the Mac n Cheese with caramelized onions and bacon. Can’t wait for my next visit!
