The Shaka Brah Cafe

My wife and I tried Shaka Brah for the first time this morning, and I have to say this is the way a family run business should be. We received the kind of excellent service you are lucky to get once or twice a year. They had an electrical issue and some of the food was not ready at opening (when we got there). The owner told us about the delay and said he is comping one of our lunches. We told him that was not necessary and he insisted. The food and service was outstanding and we will certainly be repeat customers.

Dear lord, this food is amazing! If you need a lunch for 2 or 3, 1 plate is enough! So filling, so tasty and healthy and fresh! I love the staff and how friendly they are! So very worth a short wait for some really tasty food!

We've enjoyed the food cart multiple times, and so tonight we tried the brick and mortar location. While the rest of our meal was delicious, the Mac salad tasted a lot different, and we were kind of disappointed. Hopefully you guys didn't change the recipe on the Mac salad 😭

Amazing experience! The food tasted amazing and the portions were gigantic. I stretched their standard plate over two meals. Can’t wait to go back. Also the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

I was kinda bummed out. I ordered two plates one chicken teriyaki& the other was short rib & also Portuguese sausage. Waited longer then was told, had 5 people come in after me and left way before me and I was on a lunch break😿 had to wait again cus I was given spam instead of sausage 😵. And idk 🤷‍♀️ but that kinda looks like beef teriyaki not short rib 😯. Aside from that…food was delicious. Customer service was good. Cashier offered me drinks for the wait.
