Besaws

Staying in Portland for the weekend for the first time from Washington. Was recommended by a friend that grew up here to visit this place...what can i say other than out of this world experience. I work in the restaurant industry and appreciate good service when I see it. Josh was our server and I would highly recommend requesting him as your server to enjoy your experience at Besaw as well. We went for brunch and had the best time! Started off our day off in the best way possible ????

Three of us ate dinner here. All had different dishes--duck, vegetable pastiche, lasagna--and all were excellent. Portions were a good size--neither too small or too large. One person had a good & interesting ginger non-alcohol drink & another had a good but different cider. Service was friendly and efficient. There was noise in the restaurant, but not so much that we couldn't carry on conversations.

Besaws has great handcrafted cocktails and a pretty solid menu. The hanger steak is fantastic and pleasantly light. I have not had the brunch here, but I have heard it is also great.

Much more space from last location. Still very busy! Highly recommend reservations. Food is tasty and portions are generous! Wonderful staff despite how demanded upon they are. I was impressed!

I've been here multiple times.
For brunch twice, and for dinner and happy hour once. Every time it was incredible!
The servers and bartenders were attentive and sweet.
There were a couple small mistakes on one of our orders, but the quality of the food and drinks is always high.
