Best bread on west coast! I will drive from Corvallis for demarco's sandwhiches

Consistently great sandwiches and great service. Personally my faves are the chicken cutlet and the pork dip. If soup is on the menu, it's probably worth adding to your sandwich for a couple of bucks extra.

Cons: they're closed Monday and Tuesday
Pros: everything else

If I were going for a job interview, and got asked what my weaknesses are, I'd have to admit that I tend to get distracted by meatball subs, to the exclusion of other wonderful things on the menu. If you try the meatball option at Demarco's, you won't be disappointed, but the same can be said for everything else I've sampled here. Carts can take a small menu, concentrate on one thing, and do it spectacularly well. I can't think of a better example of this than Demarco's. They're among the 3 best sandwich options that I've found in this exceptional food environment.

Wowowow! I love a good sandwich and these guys did not disappoint. I had the chicken parm and it was fresh and flavorful as could be. So good! They are also dog friendly, a bonus when you are out walking your buddy.
