The views are amazing especially at night when the city is lit up. It's always busy so you may not get a window seat. It's a great place to take out of town visitors. A bit price, but happy hour prices are reasonable.

Honestly, the only thing I was really impressed with was the view. We went here for our anniversary so we were excited about this. My husband had one of their famous steaks and I had the smoked pork loin. My husband ordered a medium cook on the steak and the steak came out a little burnt on the outside. I wanted to order a well done pork loin but our waiter insisted on me getting a medium cook so I went with it. I was concerned about the cook because I didn't want to get food poising but she said it was perfectly safe and the pork would be "much juicer" medium cooked. After receiving our meals, my husband enjoyed his dinner besides the burnt outside and I started to enjoy mine when I came across a completely raw inside. I couldn't get myself to eat raw pork meat so I asked if I could please send it back to get it cooked through. She was nice enough to do that so I'll give an extra star for that. When she came back, I asked if we could see the dessert menu. She said sure, and then came back with a little dessert and said that was on the house and for our anniversary. As much as we were appreciative of the anniversary dessert, we never got the menu so we figured we had no choice but just to take our checks, pay and leave. I wished I had a better experience but unfortunately I don't think I'll ever return here again. My husband and I determined that The Cheesecake Factory has better tasting meals for a more reasonable price and a huge selection of delicious dishes that we have always enjoyed!

Went for happy hr. It was awesome! Packed with customers but without the the unbearable noise level. Amazing views of the city as the sun goes down! We had some perfectly fried waffles fries and the jambalaya was in point. Flavorful and just the right amount of spicy.
The pomegranate martini was good but my old fashioned was not the best I've had. I think it may have been made with seltzer water.
Highly recommend going and I will be back to try some dinner items.

Best views of Portland with an amazing steak to go along with it! I came as a tourist, just looking for a good view and even though I was significantly under dressed for how upscale this place was, they were still so KIND to me.

    - Top notch service (the steak I ordered was a bit overdone and they not only sent it back, they took $20 off my bill. THANK YOU!)
    - My second steak came out perfectly. Prime beef.
    - The lobster mac and cheese is AMAZING! It even comes with shaved truffle on top.

I highly recommend this place for a special event or even if you are just a lost tourist like I was who needed a good meal.

The wait at times can be long depending on the day/time you have your reservations.
Alyssa was very knowledgeable with the menu. She added insights into the various dishes which helped us decide on our selections.
Alyssa asked us if it was a special event that we were celebrating. Both of my boys and my daughter in-law were with me. My youngest son and his wife live in Wisconsin. My youngest son has a birthday in a few weeks which I mentioned to Alyssa.
At the end of the meal, Alyssa brought out a chocolate desert and a candle with 4 spoons.
It was a class act, and it was truly appreciated.
