It is the best burger so far i eat since i touchdown Portland! The caramelized onion is awesome and the beef patty is still juicy when you bite it!

Love the Classical Style of the FoodTruck. By so far The best Cheese Burger that I’ve tried in ages. Honestly, I did not expect the Burger to be this good!! But it did exceed-my expectation. If you’re in Portland you Must try Pickle & Salt, it’s a Must. Can wait to come back for more!

I love coming here for a late night bite. Delicious burger and the sauce is on point! Tried delivery on Postmates and it came fresh. I would highly recommend the caramelized onion burger! One of the best spots for Burgers in Portland.

The cheeseburger is on point! Their sauce hits the spot. The fried chicken is also yummy. Good portion yet light to eat.

This is my go to spot for late night burger cravings (or burgers in general!). They're open until pretty late. Normally I would pick up my food from there but I ordered delivery once and it was a positive experience. I tried the veggie burger and double cheeseburger. Both did not disappoint! The veggie burger is full flavor and toppings complete it. It's a falafel style burger, so that's an automatic plus for me! I'm not into bean garden burgers so this fits just the way I like it. The fried egg plant adds another dimension to the it. I also would recommend adding an egg to the veggie burger! I tried it once and it was delicious!

Now we come to what seems to be famous at this food truck, their cheeseburgers. Got a double cheeseburger and the meat was really good. Cooked throughout, golden crunch from the outside but soft from the inside. The bun was fully toasted yet fluffy still! Definitely recommending this burger spot! You won't be disappointed.
