Their Detroit-style pizza was delicious! We had half our pizza as pepperoni and the other half was the day's special which included crispy kale, sausage, and brie cheese! #Delish
Absolutely phenomenal pizza. Closest thing to Prince Street Pizza in New York I’ve come across. The burnt pepperoni on thick, greasy crust is sheer perfection. Side of ranch is perfect to absorb some heat. Please, please open your shop on NW 21st soon!
I prefer new york crust, but this is the best pizza place in town. Focaccia style bread, quality ingredients, 9 filling squares. I've had the veggie pizza, ceasar salad and bread sticks. All divine. I'm not a meat pizza fan and the veggie is a little spicy so even better. This is what I crave when I want pizza
Ridiculously good. Sometimes it's pretty busy and you have to wait, but that's true of most good restaurants. I usually order to pick up, and it's usually ready when they say. One cheese pizza is $17 and is a ton of food; 8 slices, and 2 slices is usually enough for me (3 if I'm really, really hungry).
I'm telling you, this pizza is delicious. I didn't know what "Detroit style" pizza was, despite being from Michigan. I'm a believer and this is my new go-to pizza spot. It also makes great leftovers. Pop it in a hot oven for 10 minutes or so and it crisps up nicely.
This is a little hole-in-the-wall pizza place the is very tasty. Pizza comes by the slice or in square-cut 12-inch pies. Limited combinations of toppings, but all yummy. The best part of the square pies is the way the cheese caramelizes and makes the crust edge crunchy. The crust is thick and scrumptious, and the sauce is very good. Several beers on tap, others in bottles, cider, and a few others I hadn't heard of before give you a good beverage line-up. There are a few outdoor tables, but space is limited inside, too. There are a few salad options... A "greens" option, but they were out of the "greens" mix, so the Caesar salad was chosen. Looked like no Caesar salad I've seen before, but apparently it was delicious. I think definitely worth a trip back to try more of their offerings. BTW... This is a neighborhood shop with the only available parking out in the neighborhood, so there could be a little walking involved depending on your parking karma.
