Outstanding service and cleanliness! I just purchased two footlongs for $10 at the PSU Subway around 7:30 PM on Monday 6/29/2020 - Mike was the employee working. It had been 4 months since I walked into any restaurant. When I walked in, the place was so clean, I could have sworn I was walking into a surgical office that served sandwiches. Obviously, they have their sanitization under control - since Mike was working - Kudo’s Mike! Also, Mike had a great attitude, which makes opening up after mass closing that much better. Thanks Mike! As a level 8 Google guide, I highly recommend this place, for its clinically clean environment, and the lone employee serving up subs on a lonely quiet Monday. Good work. Oh, I forgot, prior to making my sandwich, Mike must have washed his hands at least over a minute while asking me about my order.

In college my fridge was bolted to the floor along with the rest of my furniture, not because of psychiatric reasons...because college is overpriced and wants to break you.

This subway let me buy ice when all I had was chipping away at freezer burn from my mini fridge for cocktails, they allowed me to order food when I had nothing but change in my pockets, and they probably watched me have sex on my fire escape... but, hey...I never could afford a tip anyway.

I was here very early Sunday morning. Maybe 4 am ish. I was just really struck by the excellent customer service provided by the girl who works here. I was sitting here for a while drinking my lemonade and I during this time I watched her treat everybody with utmost courtesy. Even some people who were rude. She didn't get flustered and remained professional. She knows what she's doing and I was very impressed.

I came in around 8 o'clock today and was ignored by a person talking on their cell phasing behind the sandwich bar who I later overheard was off the clock. Very quickly though a young women stepped up to help me and took very good care of me. Her personality really shined through in the few minutes she helped me and found myself smiling and happy by the end of the experience.
