The mocking bird

I think they were going for a smokey chicken flavor, and somehow it just didn't work for my preference. They have the breading recipe down. The breading was crispy and it was fried to absolute perfection. They use pretzel buns which is a treat. Worth checking out for sure if you are vegan or having a meal with a vegan and looking for a place to go for vegan food on town.

Waking up in a cold sweat because I had another fried chicken dream doesn't have to be horrible.. it can just be a sign that I had an amazingly delicious mockingbird sando and my body is craving another ? I'm listening body.. food is on the way as I type. ?

Totally delicious! I have been searching for a good vegan fried chicken sandwich and Mocking bird definitely delivers! Their chicken is very crispy and satisfying. I definitely recommend trying them out! The chicken bacon ranch is my go to!

Delicious vegan chicken and waffles and mac and cheese! I ordered from their cart at BG's Food Cartel. What a beautiful location! Lots of space. The chicken is really well seasoned and has a great crunch. The waffle has complementary herbs and the syrup and butter made the whole thing lovely. It was definitely enough for two meals for me. I also had the mac and cheese which was delectably rich and creamy. Will be returning to try their sandwich!

Alright like how is it possible that plant based chicken can taste this damn good! Totally coming back, totally flavorful and not overly salty. You leave feeling satisfied without the bloating from typical friend chicken. Give ‘em a bite, def worth the drive!
