I love the food here but our service was just awful.

All of us liked all of our food, staff who weren't our server were great about refilling the complimentary beans when we asked. Our server absolutely made us never want to come back though. I used to work in customer service and I know how annoying customers can be, and I know how hard serving people can be, so I really don't complain about service unless it's truly awful. This man was so flippant, rude, inattentive, and impatient. It made us feel bad about eating there. I picked this place for MY birthday lunch because I used to like it, and he made us feel bad about being there. I will not be going back for a long time if I even go back at all.

The 3 stars are ONLY for the food.

The wait staff at La Hacienda is attentive to your needs and friendly. The atmosphere is very cozy and people looked to be having a good time. The food was excellent and the wait time was minimal. A little cramped for my liking, but the service and food more than made up for it. Recommended.

Awesome food! Friendly staff. Handmade tortilla are great! First place I've been that does it. Great drinks, clean atmosphere

Get the mole! The flour tortillas are hand made, in house and AMAZING. The margaritas are to die for and the service is stellar, every time we go. These guys are the BEST and worthy of any and all support.
