Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This was one of the better RR experiences I've had recently. They brought out a basket of fries before I got my burger, which used to be standard practice at RR. The Banzai burger I got was pretty good, about usual in terms of quality/freshness. No complaints.

Great stuff. It's burgers. What else you want? Wish they were a bit wider, not taller. But it's not their fault. Great service

I had an absolutely fantastic dinner from here! It was my first time using their app and also first time doing curbside pickup and the food was EXACTLY how I ordered it even all the details were correct like extra crispy fries etc.

Before I left the team member Zeenith took care of me to the absolute fullest! She asked me to double check my order for accuracy and asked if she could get me anything else. She was so sweet and really just knocked it out of the park!

The food was delicious, the service was spectacular and I look forward to coming back!

Repeat customers mean a lot to businesses. I was very disappointed with The waiter who I will probably keep his name off the review! He was attentive when he takes your order, however after your order is brought… you no longer get the service that you expect to receive while dining at a time when it’s not completely busy. It took 10 min to get a refill for ice tea, water and potatoes. When I was done with my drinks it took another 15 min to get another refill, but never came by. So I left after paying my bill. If you eat at RR please make sure you get someone who will served you till the end of your courses. Make good choices tho!!
