Love Pasta

The best pasta place ever! Tonight we ordered 3 entrees. 2 with shrimp one with chicken. The wait was about 30 min (this guy is busy and makes every order to perfection). Each shrimp dish had about 20 shrimp at the least! Garlic bread strips were warm and delicious as well! Chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauces are amazing!

We ordered this through a delivery service for a Friday Night Treat, and where to begin? Fresh veggies topped my yummy linguine, juicy tender mushrooms, tomatoes popping with flavor, and perfectly seasoned grilled chicken. I was a little worried that the cacio e Pepe would be bland, but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm pepper and perfectly cooked noodles. Portions were generous (in their deceptively small containers) and the food was phenomenal. And spring for the cheesecake, friend. It’s worth it.

THEY SENT ME A 5 POUND JAR OF OLIVES!!!
Now that I have your attention, here's the story:
I love olives, especially in Italian foods. As I was ordering online and adding veggies to my pasta dish willy nilly, I noticed they didn't have an olive option. So I thought it can't hurt to ask, and requested the addition of olives. Turns out, they had discontinued the use of olives in their dishes, so they just gave me ALL OF THEM! I am thrilled!

Oh yeah, and their pasta is DELICIOUS.

Highly recommend! It has been nearly impossible to find quality, delicious pasta dishes in the area. Great customer service and they have a GLUTEN FREE Alfredo sauce...the way it authentically should be!
Didn’t skimp on the protein either.

Oh, where to begin? First order of the business on soft open, hello!

I only review places that impress me. I do this for my own sanity, since there are so many places I go that could only get a 3 star "it was food" style review. But this is different. You can tell that the pasta is made with love. The noodles are fresh, the meat is juicy and tender, and the pesto on the steak pesto is delicate. The spices blend into a lovely melody, and the service is friendly and phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place to any pasta lovers.

This is not an assembly line style of pasta, so it can take time to recieve an order, especially with a large, complex order like ours. But the wait is worth every second. I foresee long lines and happy customers in the future. No photo, sadly; the plate was clean before I could even think about it!
