    Delicious ramen! The broth is rich with amazing flavor, the pork melts in your month. A must have! Also, the chef is extremely nice. I will be coming back soon.

    This is a very special ramen truck. #1 paitan ramen broth is rich yet delicately balanced. The real surprise for me was the "Toro chashu donburi with secret sauce". I didn't know what to expect besides a pork belly rice bowl. Wow, what a unique dish - incredibly addicting sauce and umami flavors with perfectly done roasted pork. Now I want to try everything on their menu!

    Very tasty ramen with some nice subtle flavors. The pork has a nice mild smokiness that mixes well with the rest of the dish.

    Damn that was some good Ramen. I got the # 1. Slurped it down quick and loudly. Compliments to the chef. Highly recommended. I can still taste the delicious broth that clung to my moustache. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

    The food is absolutely phenomenal! The pork has great flavor and just melts in your mouth! Best food cart I've been to in Beaverton!
