I am obsessed with this place! I found out about this place through Starcycle, and I am hooked after eating their meals. There is nothing frozen, and the food is fresh. I also appreciated that they offer such reasonable prices for gluten-free and paleo-friendly options. You can pre-order online or visit their store.

In the future, I would like to see more paleo-friendly dishes and soups. :)
You can choose between S (small) and R (regular) dishes. Both are at super reasonable prices. This is affordable, especially for people on fixed budgets, students, or busy people that want to eat healthier.

Tried this place for the first time. Healthy repacked meals is really convenient. Especially for busy people. The meals I've tried so far were great.

A friend of mine told me about this place. We went in together and ended up signing up for their 21 day fit challenge. There's no commitment, no memberships required, its just so easy!! After a brief meeting with your coach to determine your likes, dislikes, goals and struggles, they pick your meals and snacks for you for 21 days. going in twice a week to get the freshest meals is awesome! Nothing frozen! You get one meal a week that they call a "Treat Meal". This meal can be whatever you choose, but they encourage you to continue making healthy choices.

This is exactly what I needed to get myself back in the habit of healthy eating. They make it so easy!! There's even a microwave and condiment area also for people that just stop in for a quick meal.

I just love the staff!! My coach is Gena and she really cares about my success. Great people that listen and truly care is what it takes to be successful, and they totally do that! I will be a customer for life!
