“Repeat customers mean a lot to businesses. I was very disappointed with The waiter who I will probably keep his name off the review! He was attentive when he takes your order, however after your order is brought… you no longer get the service that you expect to receive while dining at a time when it’s not completely busy. It took 10 min to get a refill for ice tea, water and potatoes. When I was done with my drinks it took another 15 min to get another refill, but never came by. So I left after paying my bill. If you eat at RR please make sure you get someone who will served you till the end of your courses. Make good choices tho!! Cheers”

Called and the issue was handled right away, and the owner was awesome to work with. He brought us extra food, too! Such stellar customer service and always yummy pies.”
