“After years of bad subway experiences I had all but given up hope for the chain. But the location is Winston has restored my faith in Subway. After over a year of coming into this shop I can safely say I have never had a bad sandwich from them. The vegetables have always been fresh, crispy, and well stocked. The bread is always fresh. They were brand new and it probably takes time to work out the kinks. Fast delivery and really good pizza. “Dominoes pizza has improved so much since I was a kid and their shop was downtown. They've really stepped up their flavor game. The prices are the best for carry out pizza and I love the smells when I go in to get my pie! There's always a huge crew working so pizzas are done fast and they are friendly. “Consistently disappointed in this place. I’ve never had an experience go right. My food is wrong every single time. So 1-3 members of my family are waiting to eat while everyone else has their food. On one visit we had GLASS in our son’s burger! They DID NOT refund our order or even the one burger. They took my number and never called or anything! Ridiculous Another visit we were charged for an extra fry and they couldn’t refund it for lack of knowledge and or permission to do so! Another visit (I know a glutton for punishment) both soda machines weren’t working which we didn’t know until we bought our soda. Out of 4-5 employees not one of them knew how to fix the machine. We asked for a refund of our soda and they told us no. My husband persisted and they figured it out. The management/ownership of this store sucks plane and simple. The food is good and I guess that why we go back but they really need to get it together.”
