“Had a great dinner last night with my husband at their grand opening! The special cocktails were all very nice. Enjoyed the pretzel rolls and venison sausage to start, then the scallops and the venison steak for dinner. The sauce with the venison steak was particularly lovely. The speed of food and pacing was on par with a restaurant who is on top of things, totally belying the fact that they just (grandly) opened with a pretty packed house. The service may have come with some opening night jitters. Everyone was lovely, nothing but compliments there. We had our appetizers without cutlery/napkins and we got a few things delivered next to empty plates stacked and waiting to go away. We were on the bar side, so I imagine service was a little more casual anyway. Little stuff that wasn't quite sharp but not a nuisance either. See y'all again soon!”

“Friendly place, was Dunlap's Restaurant but now managed by the folks next door at the Federal Pointe Inn. We dined there just a few days after the transition, and there were a few sticking points, like there were no desserts, they were out of some condiments, and the waiter and cook weren't familiar with the menu, I had to ask for a redo on my chicken as the portion wasn't correct. It tasted good, and my daughter's steak was cooked as ordered and was very good. I'm sure they'll work out the issues soon and we'll be back to try again. Ample parking on the Inn side. Airlock front doors, a simple thing but keeps things so much nicer on really hot and cold days.”

“What a wonderful establishment. The pizza was absolutely delicious...we had both NY and Sicilian. We had the nicest time talking to the owner Iggy, who was born in Italy, and his 9 year old son. They were so warm and welcoming. I love places like this...hidden gems!! Oh and I love good pizza 🍕 sorry about the one pic...I started eating before I remembered to take the picture.”

“Just had an amazing dinner at Borough BBQ. Seven of us celebrated my grandson's birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The brisket melted in your mouth. Wings were outstanding. All the sides, fries, Cole slaw, Mac and cheese, beans and Brussel sprouts were amazing. And Jenni our server was the best. We will definitely return soon. If you haven't tried it, your missing out on a great meal.”

“Now known as The Elephant Walk, this is not a fancy restaurant. It is sort of bare bones. But the service is good. Some dishes were a bit too spicy for my taste, but it is Thai cooking. It may not be the best Thai food I have ever eaten, but I did have a pretty good meal.”

“Had Chicken Enchiladas with Green Sauce and Rice with no Beans was delicious. The Chips and Salsa is awesome. Tacos are good with Green Sauce. (Red Sauce is probably too haven't tried it.) People working there are very nice. It is a BLESSING to have BLESSING RESTAURANT in Gettysburg cause I like Mexican Food. Also the guy waiting on us said we were the first Dine-In Customers on there Grand Opening.”

“Always a great time in Gettysburg at the Dobbin House. We always spend our New Year there and we are never disappointed. This year was exceptional. The food was over the top in quality and preparation. Service was good and staff was friendly. I think all of Gettysburg was there, but we still got our meal in a timely fashion. We stayed at the Inn and breakfast this year was also exceptional. We even had fresh fruit like they use to serve years ago. We will look forward to next year.”

“I am sooo glad that we have this restaurant in this town! I thought it was more like a Chinese restaurant, but they have lots of sushi and other Japanese dishes. I had Baked Rice with white sauce, and it is a must eat dish. I cannot live without Japanese food, so I am extremely happy. I highly recommend this restaurant!!”

“New brick oven pizza place in Gettysburg. Offers 2 different kinds of salad, 12 inch pizzas and cocktails, beer and wine. Atmosphere is pretty cool. We got the pepperoni pizza and the Arugula pizza. Both were cooked well in brick ovens you can see from your table. It wasn't the quickest lunch but server was attentive and the food was quality.”

“Nice people. Need to calculate their customers buys on a busy night better as they were not prepared for Friday night rush. An alternative was suggested but I was told 3 minutes and it turned into 10 making me late.”

“Food was hot and good, but not anything to rave about. Selections were generally typical for a buffet. The desserts were very good and there was more to choose from than what you would expect. Seating was close but not cramped. This is definitely a place where tour buses routinely stop so you may have to wait to be seated. At more than $33 for two adults, I feel it is too pricey for what you get.”

“Best burger I've ever had! I ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger. Absolutely the best burger i've ever eaten on the East Coast! Bring Friendly's to the Northern California!!! If you want fast food, don't come here. This is truly an old fashioned diner. If you're exploring Gettysburg, this is the lunch destination!!!!”

“Pizza and grinder restaurant. Top notch food and very popular with the locals. Good prices and atmosphere. For those like me who are into pizza I'll tell you that the crust is a standard dough medium thickness crust cooked with electric heat. The toppings seemed pretty good but there is a lot of grease. The quantity of sauce used was on the heavier side which I liked. So an average pizza made above average by cooks. Will definitely go again!”
