    Great refreshing delicious water ice and custard. They accepted a coupon for a discount with a smile. many places do not do that

    Great spot for locals and tourists alike, however note between MDW and Labor Day, the lines will be longgggg. It's the only Rita's I've found within 30 miles now. Great customer service! Please remember to tip.

    Love the custard. The high shool kids working there a re very polite and give you fast service.

    This is a great Ritas. Good service and a nice location. However, I think its getting a little pricey. I mean, $3.50 for a 4 oz cup! It's not that great. My wife and I have been going here for years, but we will probably cut back.
