Asadero by Mindful

They brew their beer in Castle Shannon PA. I really like their Putin's Revenge Dark Beer. You can choose from different beers. This restaurant is new & their menu is Mexican. I have only had food in their restaurant in Castle Shannon about 7 times & it is on the natural side & I believe they have a chef because of the type of food.
Everything we ate in Castle Shannon was good !

Like the renovations inside, very nice atmosphere. They have a great happy hour with $4 beers. I like the Mindful brews and there is still a great selection in their coolers. The food was fine. I got the quesidilla and my boyfriend got the burrito. Nothing amazing but nothing terribly wrong like in the rest of these reviews. I'm happy to have this place in Carnegie.

My coworker and I were looking for a cool local spot with decent beer and food options, but we almost allowed the current (and inaccurate, in my opinion) 3.6 rating on here to steer us elsewhere. Very glad we decided to give Asadero a chance, though, because this is definitely one of my new favorite spots! The beer and food were both delicious (highly recommend the chicken tacos with a garlic sauce -- amazing!); the environment was casual and welcoming; and the servers/bartenders were great as well -- very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Don't listen to the "Debbie Downers" on here, definitely check out Asadero!
