“We went here only because my daughter's nickname is "Gibby". If I hadn't had that connection, I would have driven right past it and never stopped. But it is what you want from a non-chain, summer ice cream and grill food place. Everything is decent, without being great, but you don't go there for the food. You go there for the experience and the time with your family. They have picnic tables that make it easy to sit and eat and there's usually a good crowd there. Gibby's is a good time!”

“Well, the conversation started in a drivers lounge in Saginaw Texas about this awesome restaurant that served huge wings in Coraopolis PA. So when I got up to the area, had to check them out. Placed my order of a large boneless Cash Club. Since it was just minutes before noon, I knew it would be a wait on the delivery. Delivery was early ????. During the exchange, I found I was talking to BIG SHOT BOB himself. Told him why I had ordered from him and he was happy to hear that his little shop has made it as far west as Texas so far. Well, the wings were AWESOME. They flavor was spot on and not over powering anywhere. Most definitely ordering again when I’m back up here.”
