Hello Bistro - McCandless Crossing

The food is good and fresh! Service is friendly too. Only complaint is it’s kind of dirty and sticky all over everything. And no baby changing station in the bathrooms.

Update: I returned and found a baby change station! Either I missed it before or a new one was installed. Yay!

Great lunch place! Salad options are top notch but the prep is what makes the difference, fresh ingredients, chopped and tossed in your dressing. Stand up counters and tables complete the hip atmosphere.

First time visit. My wife & I stopped for lunch. Easy to browse menu. My wife tried a fiesta chicken salad & I ordered the mushroom/onion/pepper jack burger w/fries. Salad was very fresh as well as plentiful in both size and variety of ingredients -Definitely a meal in and of itself.
Though nobody asked how I'd like my burger prepared, it was delivered medium rare. Personally, I like them that way, but I find myself in the minority in this preference and believe that most folks would've sent it back after the first bite which was a little on the raw side. My wife also prefers medium rare, but this was too far on the rare side for her to sample. (Photos provided).
Overall flavor was pleasing for both of us. Big fan of shoestring fries as well.
Clean environment and very friendly staff. We will probably try another menu item from this chain at a different location.
