“I've seen a number of Starbucks pop up in the area over the years, but this one is the closest to my house. It helps fill the empty gap between McKnight Road, which has a staggering 5 locations, and Wexford. Conveniently located in Pine Plaza by a Giant Eagle and Target, it's unique in that it used to be a bank. This already provided it with a drive thru, but also resulted in an unusual design. I went one evening not long after it opened and quickly bought a passion fruit mango refresher inside, so I'm sure I'll return and try driving through. The entrance area is small, I didn't notice any internal seating, only patio furniture outside. It is a two story building, so I wonder if anything is downstairs?”

“Bruster's has been my favorite ice cream since I was a kid, and this location is one of the reasons. Perfectly located for an evening treat after sports or enjoying North Park, plenty of parking and seating. Staff are super friendly, and even though there were long lines not long before closing, they got through us all in great shape. And the ice cream, of course, is the best; my favorites are chocolate raspberry truffle and the rare butterscotch ripple.”

“I ordered dinner from this new Asian restaurant. I felt happy with the selection of foods on the menu. The cook very quickly made the food. My husband and I really enjoyed the cream cheese wontons, chicken on sticks, chicken with broccoli, and chicken lo mein. We thought that the General Tso’s chicken was slightly tough and that it tasted mildly spicy rather than medium spicy. I welcome this restaurant to the neighborhood, and I look forward to trying more of their foods in the future.”

“Clark’s is a casual restaurant that opened fairly recently. The restaurant contains a bar and a dining room. The menu lists soups, salads, burgers, flatbreads, tacos, fish entrees, a few desserts, many wines and cocktails, etcetera. Prices are reasonable. My husband and I ate one dinner here. The seating host and the waitress promptly served us. The waitress automatically brought a drink refill, and at the end she thanked us. As for the food, my husband’s onion soup and chicken parmesan sandwich needed more flavor, and my shrimp tacos needed less flavor.”

“We had family visiting from out of town and did not want to drive to Top Golf 40 minutes away. We saw Shooters had opened and is just 10 minutes away and so booked two bays for 10 people in our party. We were warmly greeted by Jena who handled the front, explained how things worked and helped answer any quesrions and helped us complete the paperwork. The 2 bays were bery comfortable with a lot of sapce for us to sit, play and enjoy the beverages and food. We had Brittany taking care of us. She helped serup the machine dor our party and showed us how things worked. She took care of us for 2 hours of play, not overbearing but making sure we had all we needed. Brain the Manager checked on things and made sure all was well. Great staff, really good food (we had soft drinks, pitcher of beer, side salad, fries, chicken tenders and loaded nachos). The cost of the bays, great food was a great value for the wonderful time our party had this evening. The staff are great, and genuinely want you to have a great time. We all said how good it was and will back for sure. Even it is just to have drinks and some food. You have to tey this place, it is a great addition to the North Hills.”

“My husband and I eat here weekly because we love it so much. The food is amazing! The peach and pecan stuffed pork loin is sweet and so tender, and is one of my current menu favorites, along with the duck which rivals my favorite French restaurants. My husbands favorites are the stuffed chicken breast and the tuna. We look forward to the seasonally changing menus and love to try everything. Also, make sure to get dessert! Another thing we love about Blue is the wait staff. My husband frequently picks up takeout and the bartender remembers him as soon as he walks in. I highly recommend Blue North. “Fantastic food and decent service. This was our first time at this location. Previously, we'd gone to the Robinson location, but I dare say that this location had slightly better tasting food. There were a lot of people waiting when we were leaving, so it is better to arrive early rather than later. The food was prepared quickly and delivered exactly as ordered got the four of us. Overall, I was really pleased with the experience and will absolutely keep this on our brunch rotation!”
