Caliente Pizza & Drafthouse

Really good pizza. I can see why they won a bunch of awards. Price is in line with what you would expect. Not super expensive, very reasonable. Parking was tough on a Friday night but no big deal. Definitely worth it.

***Update: When my wife and I originally ordered, the ordering system had crashed. I didn't realize just how popular this pizza has been, being a recent retransplant to the area. Chef Eric reached out and made things more than right. We ordered the food and immediately I could tell the ingredients were top notch but love went into making the food. My wife went in to pick up our to go order, and said the staff was very nice and Chef Eric came out to talk to her. I will definitely be returning again and again. Thank you for a great pizza!***

Food was very good as was service, however it took 1 1/2 hours to get our pizzas. They need to get another pizza oven or come up with another plan as this will not encourage patrons to return. Also they have a great selection of beers. I want to thank Caliente for their follow up to my review. I will definitely give them another try in the future.
