Sesame Inn Mt. Lebanon

I have been coming here for 20 years. I have had Asian cuisine at other locations in different cities and states. I will always come back to the Sesame Inn. They have the finest Asian food in Pittsburgh.

This place is great. I usually get a spring roll and either sesame or peppered shrimp, both of which are great. They may have the best peppered shrimp I've ever had.
The service is quick and friendly also.
The downsides are that you must use the stairs to get to the restaurant, which can be difficult for someone with a handicap, and the parking can get rough at times.
If you're thinking about giving this place a shot, do it!

Very good restaurant. Service is quick and people are friendly. I usually order one of the Chinese dishes which are all good (orange chicken is my favorite), but today I wanted something different and ordered sushi and it was delicious! It came with soup (or salad) and was quite filling. They serve lunch special Monday through Saturday which is a great deal. Another good thing is that they serve complementary tea in addition to water. Strongly recommended.

WOW, as a visitor to this area. This is the BEST BEST BEST Chinese food Ive eaten in years. Had orange beef and combo fried rice. Excellent service. I will be there when Im in town again. No wonder this place has been there for decades. EXCELLENT!!!!!

My friend talked to this place for more than 3 months, so there was a lot to meet. Happy to say, the place didn’t disappoint. Food was delicious, and the staff was more than friendly. Prices were not too bad either for the quality of food. Would highly recommend to anyone is in the area!
