Chicken sandwich was good, not remarkable, but good. I was not aware of the hype when I got it. My wife and daughter got other meals, they weren't impressed. The rice was dry, and not very good. Wish they had fries. It is fast food after all. Hard to eat mashed potatoes in Pittsburgh traffic.

Regular fried chicken was dried out probably because it was not selling fast enough. The feud with Chic Fil-A had everyone trying their chicken sandwich instead. The drive-thru line wrapped around the building and I got inside just in time before that line was about 20 long. The soda machine was out of everything but ice and water. Had to settle for ice tea or pay extra for their special? lemonade. The new sandwich LOOKED good and large. Will have to try it next time. They were too short staffed for unexpected crowd and ran out of the sandwich. OWNER, more staff, chicken sandwiches, and more frequent soda machine refills needed pronto to benefit from the feud hope! Avoid lunchtime.

It was okay but they were out of a few things and the service was so slow... And there was only one car in front of me. Their new chicken sandwich might be good, but their service can't even come close to Chick-fil-A.
