Dunkin'

The service was great. They were quick to answer questions food came out wonderful and hot. The coffee is very tasty. And their patient to answer any questions you may have. especially when you're visually impaired and you can't see the signs for the types of donuts etc.

Drink quality is hit or miss with my hazelnut hot coffee. Also customers get neglected often and backed up when tons of people are there cause some lack of employee displine to take care of customers before employee chat and goofing off.

Nice store to buy hot chocolate, but there no jelly munchkins.

I've been here a few times... In my experience it's a pretty average Dunkin, so you should know what you're getting yourself into. Some employees are friendly, some a little less so (not to say that anyone has been outright rude). I've never really had any problems with the food either. It was good and what I expected. Maybe wait times can be a bit long, but nothing excessive.
