    They always put a good amount of butter on my bagel. Uhm, I don't like how they have something called "schmear", but I guess that's more of an issue with the company and less this particular Einstein's. Either way, it makes me uncomfortable. Also, their blackberry lemonade ROCKS! Cool, that's it.

    update: I had the coffee a couple of times, and it seems to have improved. I almost forgot about my passionate post here about the coffee.

    The food was delicious and prepared efficiently, and the workers were quite friendly

    Slow wait times between classes but usually decent service

    Order takes a while and if you order from tapingo they don't even call out your order, which I'd you like your taste bagel warm and on time is kinda annoying.
