What can I tell you about Panera that you don't already know. Kids love the Mac&Cheese and healthy fruits and kids sandwiches. By the way the General Manager at this PANERA remembered me a year later after I ordered food, got it delivered and they had made a mistake. She replaced and remade all my food and sent dessert for my children. My wife Died that day a year prior. She sent gift cards. And like I said remembered me a year later when I called because there was some small mistake. I didn't say anything, she just remembered on her own me from just over a year later. And of course fixed the issue immediately. And continued her above and beyond service. This is the McKnight location. Awesome General Manager.

Warm, friendly, delicious - perfect for good, fresh food, refreshing coffee or snack. Great place for a quick catch up. Plenty of parking and superb ease of access. In the U-Pitt area, housed in the Quality Inn building at the street level.

This location was relaxing. Casual conversations were going on among people here. Nice atmosphere.

Fantastic food. A lite pricey but worth it. Changed the wonderful cookies & pastries for the worse. And the employees seemed surprised at our polite reaction to the change. When I asked 2 of them to pass along our disapproval, each shrugged.
