An intimate space that welt warm and inviting. The food was some of the best me and my wife have had in quite a while and to have access to that quality in Pittsburgh is great. We went for our anniversary and they wrote us a card and the service was fantastic. If you are vegetarian or not the food will not disappoint.

Dinner at EYV was amazing! We ate so many snacks & starters that we had to agree to go back again soon to dive into the mains! The wine pairings were spot-on, and the service was phenomenal. The hummus fritters had so much depth in one bite - perfect amounts of salty, spicy, crunchy. The beer cheese dip was almost mousse like (howwww??!!) and made every bite of the "chicarrons" incredible. 10/10!

You must try EYV!!! It is absolutely one my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. My husband and I are quite picky eaters, but EYV never disappoints. Their food is creative, innovative, and has a “wow factor” that strikes from the very first bite to finish. Every dish has multiple layers of flavor and texture…you can tell there’s a lot of love and effort put into the dish. Their desserts and cocktails are incredible too. I took my Japanese parents, and they absolutely loved it. It is a vegetable-forwarded restaurant, but we always leave here full and satisfied (we are not vegetarian nor vegan). We love Rod, the server, he is always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!!

Super cute atmosphere and best meal I’ve had in a long time. We had the hummus fritters, pierogis, fried onion with cheddar mashed potatoes, and the carrot cake for dessert. Would eat the exact thing again. My husband had the pastrami and it was also delicious! Every dish has so much thought put into it. Excellent. Make reservations!

Wow, wow, wow, WOW! This is probably one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! Service was very kind, I especially loved having the dishes explained as they came out. The food itself was absolutely phenomenal, and most certainly filling! The best way I can describe most of the dishes (especially the desserts) is like experiencing an orchestra of flavors and textures that come together to form a divine symphony. They focus on seasonal and local ingredients, with vegetables being the star of the show. You would be hard-pressed to disappoint any vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore here. A truly outstanding dining experience for our family dinner date! Thanks guys!
