Joe's Crab Shack

Simply Awesome .....!! Highly recommending for crab lovers. Not only crabs but also they have other meet and sea food dishes as your requirements. We had bucket of queen crabs with bbq corn. Also we ordered chicken with rice. It was 10/10 ..!!

The place is so nice and they have nice old art decorations inside. Outside view also not bad.

Amazing, friendly service was great. They have a good knowledge about the menu and also they taught us how to eat crabs with those tools we never used.. !!

Great location and view of the city is the best feature! Hire more help. Our poor waiter was a gem; but covering 3 stations alone was crazy!

Always a favorite. Crab Daddy feast was delicious. Had the fried calamari as well. Service was very good and prompt. Can never go wrong with Joe's Crab Shack! Located right on the river, the view at night is perfection

We visited Joe's crab shack today at 226 W Station Square Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. Tracey was our waitress and she was phenomenal. She was very polite and helpful. She did such an amazing job making me and my wife and son feel so welcomed. Our food was delicious and came out fast. We live in Allentown pa so the drive was about 5 hrs but totally worth it. Anytime I'm in the area i will be stopping back. Keep up the good job..

It has been a while since I came to this location. I was seated pretty quick considering the high volume of people there. I got my drink and my appetizer very quickly, this is where is went downhill. The wait for my food was a disappointment. The people seated right before me ate, had a drink and paid, the people right behind me we're seated after I got my appetizer and received their food first and ordered pretty much the exact same thing. Then to make things really funny I received my meal and realized for the last hour I also did not receive all of the utensils when I was seated. So I finally got my food and couldn't even eat it. The waitress was great through all of this so I don't feel it was neglect I think it was just something that happens. I expressed my problem to the female manager on duty and she immediately began to rectify the mistakes and made sure we were fully satisfied with our meal. I know mistakes happen and it was handled in a very professional manner so overall I was not dissatisfied and would definitely come back.
