OMG!! As someone from the south, I was extremely impressed. Well seasoned, enough heat, and the right dipping sauces. Definitely will be returning when I have a taste for some southern food. Only complaint is that the portions were a bit small compared to the photos, but it was delivery. Can’t wait to eat in person.

Best "soul food" I have gotten from a restaurant in the Pittsburgh area. My children loved the greens, mac and cheese, and wings. My one year old is very picky but she finshed everything down to the yams! Definitely wasn't expecting for the food to be as good as it was. Also my 1st order was placed through door dash and the potato salad was forgotten but a simple call to the restaurant and another order placed that was taken care of. For sure I will be a returning customer! 👍🏽👍🏾

The lobster mac and cheese is UNBELIEVABLE! You can tell all of this food is 100% fresh. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I visited Soul & Sea for the first time recently and I am already OBSESSED. It makes a huge difference when restaurant owners & employees truly care and I can assure you that this team would never serve anything they wouldn't eat themselves. The food is high-quality, delicious, insta-worthy, and absolutely worth the cost. Not to mention you can't get much else like it in the area. Can't wait to become a regular!

I couldn't even finish my food before writing an A++ review! We got the loaded shrimp fries , crab legs, Mac n cheese with lobster and greens oh MY!! And it's hot! (Thank door dash)
