Spork Pit

Calling this "Texas based" is a stretch. Food is high end BBQ priced. Brisket is fantastic, pork is... Unrecognizable. I was not a fan of the cute bread roll texture ...thing, either.

The meat (brisket and Turkey) were so tender. The Mac and cheese was delicious as well. I will definitely be returning.

While the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was really blah. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't exactly good either. The potato salad was both mayo and vinegar based, and left a lot to be desired in terms of texture and flavor. The food is essentially bbq fast casual, and it is no tipping which is awesome, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired.

That was good! I had the Crawford. The bread was great, soaking up all those juices. Also a good selection of craft beers. Too bad I was to full to have dessert.

Everything was very good. Brisket was a thick slice w tasty bark, pulled pork was very moist and didn't need sauce. Three sauces on the table to try, all different and good. Local brown ale was perfect with the spice of the food. Just too expensive.
