“Dunkin Donuts in general is great but this specific one has really been getting me lately. The drive thru is an absolute mess when they are busy, traffic backs up onto 51. Backing out of your spot if you stop inside is practically impossible due to the drive thru line being directly behind the parking spaces.Not a lot Dunkin can do about expanding the plot they own so I guess you just have to deal with it. Beside that.... My order has gotten completely screwed up twice in the passed week. Honestly, this might just be a bad run because I go here all the time with no problems. Don't expect consistency all the time either, whether whipped cream and toppings goes on my iced latte or not is up the the person that makes it I guess, I get the same thing and it always looks different when I get it.”

“This is my grandfather's favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh because of their big egg/shrimp rolls. I think they're actually on the menu as something else, but either way, he's very picky about his egg rolls and this place makes the only ones he'll put a stamp of approval on even though it's a 20 minute drive to get there. Their other food is pretty good too, I got the pork lo mein and spring rolls and was very happy. Pretty big portions for dinner and good service! Bring you hot tea automatically.”

“This is the airport outlet of the national chain. Offerings are the same as everywhere with nothing to distinguish it from the thousands of other mall locations around the country. It is in concourse A in the airport though. Employees are thoroughly dispirited, just hang around and much prefer to their phones to interacting with customers.”
