They need to either stop serving their fries or establish a new frying method because their fries come out soft and never crispy. “Edit: 8/1 we returned and were pleasantly greeted and given exceptional service so something worked! Food was accurate and fresh! Original: Very disappointed, after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, at 4 minutes to midnight we pulled up to the order taker, as the car in front of us drove around to get their order, and we were told they were no longer taking orders for the night. There were only 2 more cars behind us, and we explained that to her, but she insisted she wasn’t kidding.”

Not a very smart strategic move as a manager for the flow of customers on that particular day or time.
