“They have handmade pastries both savory and sweet! I had a pork pie that was absolutely delicious!!! You can either bring it home or get it warmed up for you to eat. They have a variety of locally made food and products including coffee from Four Monkeys which is a roastery not far away. The owner was very warm and nice! They opened up last week, so they are still ironing out some of the issues but it's been great so far!”

“Betty’s is the perfect place to go if you’re looking for a sandwich or wrap. Their portions are huge and their flavor combinations are always spot on. Their soups and salads are also to die for. I love sitting in the little shop on a quiet afternoon to have lunch with myself or a pal. Also delivery is always super quick and convenient! I’ve had them deliver to different spots around campus and they’re always happy to comply. Definitely going to miss this place when I graduate!”

“Food was awesome (trio of tacos- pulled pork, beef brisket and smoked chicken). Very good beer selection, cool, unpretentious bar. It was a little loud for regular dinner conversation. My visit was during spring break, so very few college kids there. I imagine it can get very loud in there. Service was good initially but once food was served it went downhill. My friend had to go to bar for a drink after eating her whole meal with no drink. Server was fast when paying though. I'll definitely be going back again, very yummy!!”

“I really liked the old timey atmosphere of Pop's. The food was pretty good but kind of pricey... But then again I'm used to living in NC and VA where the cost of living is less expensive. “The food at China King is great! Very tasty. During my years as a student at Kutztown University, I loved to order food from here. However, they are not known for great delivery. The only time that I had their food delivered (back in 2013), it took over an hour to arrive. It may have changed since then. I suggest that if you order food from here, pick it up yourself to save some time.”

“Place is usually clean and not too crowded. There is limited seating to eat some food and/or to hang out and chat. I've never had a bad experience here and the service is always fairly quick with polite service people behind the counter. Always ask if the coffee is fresh no matter which DD you go to. They have been known to place the newly brewed coffee into carafes and it does tend to get lukewarm from sitting.”
