Delicious, well prepared dishes but less than adequate portions. Simple, clean atmosphere with lovely vistas from most tables. Friendly, caring owners & cordial serving team, helpful valet fellas- only the Hostess seemed ungracious & unfriendly... never saw her smile at anyone...?????!

Thank you, Chef Francesco M. for your excellent creations & talent ????

Went to the Easter brunch. First, we were surprised with valet parking. Then, after paying $45/person for the buffet we were charged $3 ea. for coffee. Finally, the bill had an automatic 20% tip. I usually tip 20% or more, but I make the decision based on the quality of service. That is my decision, not the restaurant's. If any of this was disclosed when we made our reservations, I would have had the choice to accept it or go elsewhere, but it was not. The facility is beautiful and the food was good. The staff was friendly and competent, except our waitress who was not. Disappointed.
Very happy that Durham Springs has arrived. It has great potential but needs some tweaking. Visible coat check is needed so the owner is not asking diners for their coats after they’ve been seated. This should have been spotted by the concierge who was seating diners. IMO the chairs are a few inches too low. I was with a much taller person who agreed. Seat cushions could be the remedy. Otherwise, the room is beautiful and elegant, the open hearth adds heat and ambiance, lighting over the tables is bright enough to read the menu but not harsh. Steamed leak dumpling appetizer was nicely presented and tasty. Lobster appetizer did not taste like fresh lobster - a few of the pieces were mushy (frozen?). Wine and beer selection is excellent although my glass of Brown Heritage Pinot Noir - which is delicious - was full of sediment. My dining partner was brought the wrong salad - this was swiftly and graciously remedied and the replacement was delicious. The hand-cut pasta was also delicious. The salmon was beautifully presented but I was not asked how I wanted it cooked. At least 1/4 of it was inedible - raw. The flourless chocolate cake was perfect. On the whole, it was a pleasant dining experience with good ambiance, a busy but not hectic room full of people enjoying themselves, a warm fire and good - but not yet great - food.
Thrilled to have such a wonderful establishment in Upper Bucks County! Food was outstanding as well as the atmosphere. Will be sure to return.
A true Gem has arrived in our area, these gentlemen have knocked it out of the ball park. Fantastic meal, service, ambiance, I would add a sixth star if there was a bed and breakfast available, maybe down the road??? We will definitely be returning soon! If you have the chance, treat yourself to a truly wonderful dining experience!
