“Went to the Easter brunch. First, we were surprised with valet parking. Then, after paying $45/person for the buffet we were charged $3 ea. for coffee. Finally, the bill had an automatic 20% tip. I usually tip 20% or more, but I make the decision based on the quality of service. That is my decision, not the restaurant's. If any of this was disclosed when we made our reservations, I would have had the choice to accept it or go elsewhere, but it was not. The facility is beautiful and the food was good. The staff was friendly and competent, except our waitress who was not. Disappointed.”
