“Loved it! I showed up with my friends, one of which is a really tiny guy. Even with muscles, he's still tiny. So we walk in and we take two tables because we're party of 8-9. Another friend of mine was getting roasted and we were laughing at his expense.Our server was very friendly and professional. He took our order as that said friend was still getting roasted. I ordered whichever Tacos and I loved them. If you haven't tried whiskey Tacos, try their Whiskey Tacos. My personal favorite now. Parking was easy, professional staff, ambience was lively, and food was good! To this day, that friend is uncomfortable from roasting but what do I care, I love my tacos like I love my whiskey. A night to remember. I'll be coming back here for more Whiskey Tacos.”

“I'll call this place "Mediterranean", serving everything from Greek to Lebanese specialties. Everything on the menu is solid--a bit expensive, but always tastes fresh and is made for you on the spot. Get the small sandwiches, unless you are really hungry--they put a ton on the big ones. Get some baklava with your meal as well. You can pick up olive oil, havla, cheese, and other groceries here as well.”

“The chicken I got here today had been under the heat lamps so long it was barely edible, most of it was dried to a crisp. The beef had little flavor, but I got it because they offer it without the BBQ sauce. Not everyone likes BBQ sauce! The BBQ pork is great pork, but there's too much sauce, and they don't serve it by itself. I've had it when they cook a pig on premises and it's phenomenal, so please offer the pork without the sauce.”

“I'm not sure about the value of one more 5-star rating for Oishi. This place is the most consistently fantastic restaurant in the Newtown area, and has been for years. Everyone knows it. So if you are new to the area and don't already know about Oishi, you'd better make a reservation, or arrive by 5 to avoid a wait. I highly recommend Oishi!”

“The service was excellent!! Very nice staff!! I really enjoyed the coffee and the Chicken Orzo soup. Both of these were delicious! However the Santa Fe salad was not really good. The lettuce was all light pieces and not very appealing. The corn looked old and dry, and didnt seem like a salsa as the description implies. I gave it more stars due to the friendly and helpful staff.”

“I was always pretty happy with saladworks and this location, but something has changed. The last couple months I’ve noticed my salads look smaller and some of the ingredients are worse. The Brussels sprouts, butternut squash and other things aren’t cooked enough. They’re rock hard, which makes it inedible. WAY TOO pricey to not get quality every single time you go. Had the issue three times in a row and because of this, I won’t be going back to that location again.”

“Fantastic modern Korean cuisine. I highly recommend their spicy Korean spicy fried chicken. Absolutely one of the best things on the menu. Their food is a lot better than some of the Korean restaurants I've been to around the Edison or Oxford Valley area. Their sushi is also fresh and good quality. You can tell by the filling to rice ratio. A lot of places tend to just fill up their sushi with rice, not here. I would also highly recommend you come on a weekday. The weekends can get so crazy and it gets pretty loud in there. Even with reservations I've had to wait awhile so I've mostly just gone on weekdays. Staff is kind and attentive. Their cocktails are also worth every penny.”

Also if vegan, gluten free, dairy free, allergy free food is an issue with you, then this is the place. They take care of this with plenty of healthy options as well as asking if you have food allergies to accommodate for your needs. The service is excellent. “We have been coming here for several years now and have enjoyed the food, bar and service. Weather permitting we like sitting outside, the winter we enjoy the ambiance of the fire place inside. On occasion it can get loud in the bar and outside seating area, but that is expected. Staff is friendly, helpful and food is served hot, can't ask for more. Don't know when they changed the menu, but it is much better the dishes we had were great. We will continue to come here to relax, dine and partake in a beverage or two. Enjoy.”
