“Well, I am more of a Starbucks coffee person, so DD loses a star before starting. Staff is fine, usually friendly, but seating is not comfortable. Free WiFi, never rushed to leave, but not conducive to lingering. Bathrooms always clean. My primary issue, besides the coffee, is the design of the space. There are very few places in Richboro to just sit and have some coffee. This is one.”

“I love eating at Jake's. The food is always well prepared and delicious. All of the servers are super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have a fully stocked bar on the right side of the restaurant and cozy tables for 4 on the left side. They have muffins, coffee, and a breakfast of the day on most days. “Order was accurate and made at decent speed. Cashier was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Only two problems were the fries were unsalted and I was shortened a tomato on my Big Mac. (Was given 2 slices instead of 3, also one had a stem leaving me with just one small slice.) However I understand things go wrong, so as long as the food is still edible and accurate to what I ordered it’s not that big of a deal. I wish other customers would have more understanding! Some of these reviews are very harsh.”
