Ordered gluten free subs -- the lunchmeat slicer was wiped down (cold cuts are sliced to order), staff changed gloves, cleaned down the work station and used a clean knife to cut the gluten free rolls. Very impressive service! And the subs were very good!”

“This is where the Bread Crumb was for those familiar with the area. Interestingly, if you read the back page of the menu, you'll find this is a non profit restaurant and it helps support those interested in learning music. There was a young guy and a young lady working there and both were in to music, I recall the young guy was playing/learning 4 instruments, we never got to ask the young lady, they were pretty busy. Food was good, it seems they offer something just a bit more than traditional breakfast dishes which is what I like. I can get eggs anywhere so variety is a big part of my decision of where to eat. We'll definitely go there regularly.”

“11/10 best food, best service, best ambiance. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, extra spicy, it was filled with so much cheese and chicken and was actually spicy unlike most places! Even though it was EXTREMELY busy, the hostess was able to seat us (a table of two) in under 10 minutes, and the waiter took care of us perfectly, always checking our drinks and making sure everything was okay. When I asked for extra hot sauce, he went out of his way to find all the spiceiest sauces and peppers in the kitchen, just because I asked for something “super spicy” on the side. Over all a great experience and will recommend to all my friends and family!”

“Uptowne deli is a new spot for me. I live just down the road. But it's really.my go to spot for lunch and sometimes dinner. The wraps are amazing. I havnt had a bad one yet, still working through the menu. Their pizzas are also great. Delivery is general fast and always accurate. The owner is there most days. Young guy and he couldn't be nicer. “Amazing Burger with friendly staff and short wait time. They offer free peanuts while you wait for your food which is great if you have kids. Toppings for burgers are free once you pay for your burger and they are generous with the fries. The fries are delicious as well, I'm pretty sure they're cut fresh from potatoes in the store. I got the bacon cheeseburger with a large fry and it was quite the meal, would recommend. Large open eating area”

“I've been going to the Lobster Claw for 20 years and it has remained consistently great. The regular menu is reliably excellent and the specials are always a good choice. Whether you prefer fried or broiled fish, you will enjoy your meal. Service is friendly and the owners are usually in the kitchen and greeting guests. “Crowded with the locals. I ordered grits, 2 eggs over easy and bagel. The typical lenders bagel, eggs done nicely, butter slightly rancid, coffee too weak for me and grits fair. A small container with butter looked as if it had melted and put back in the fridge a couple of times. The outer edges were darker. Once I put that on my bagel... TRASH! My husband had the meat lovers omelette. I don’t know about you, but I hate when they cook the egg like a crepe and then fill it up. Too me, that is not a true omelette. Needless to say, I did not finish my breakfast! My husband did of course. Give it to David, he’ll eat it! Lol My server was very nice.”

I had the lemon thyme chicken and my girlfriend had the arugula pesto pasta. Both dishes were good sized portions and very tasty. Prices were fair.
