If you haven't planned a birthday party here you should look into it. Prices are reasonable and kids all enjoy it. The staff walks you right through everything and helps you along the whole event. “ALL the Em's stores food and staff are great! I usually visit downtown or Richland which are my favorites. However, I HAVE to share this story! On this past visit to the Richland store, I was trying to order over the phone for pick up and my cell lost service. When I arrived, I ordered my food at the register. Then the staff who was on the phone with me must have realized I was there after seeing my order, came out to the tables check on me and make sure I had my order in correctly! She was very sweet! They were busy and she took the time out to talk to me!”
