“ALL the Em's stores food and staff are great! I usually visit downtown or Richland which are my favorites. However, I HAVE to share this story! On this past visit to the Richland store, I was trying to order over the phone for pick up and my cell lost service. When I arrived, I ordered my food at the register. Then the staff who was on the phone with me must have realized I was there after seeing my order, came out to the tables check on me and make sure I had my order in correctly! She was very sweet! They were busy and she took the time out to talk to me!”

Every Panera has the same menu, but this one seemed to have more soup options available than my local location. I will say that they almost forgot the package our to go bakery item in with our food.
