“It’s *Starbucks, so there’s that. *Insert your own personal coffee-snobbery/overt-political prejudice here. This is a newish location for 2020 (might’ve been completed 2019) but the locals here in Appalachia seem pleased...at least with the gigantic, sugary, green slushy-looking beverages. Don’t know matcha bout those myself. Seems a far cry from the Japanese tradition. Covid weirdness currently means no sitting down anywhere, inside or outside. Wildly compliant store setup at the moment. Feels like a line for a ride at an amusement park. Haha, I appreciate the dedication. I came for the free WiFi but ended up having to sit in my car until I gave up on the awkwardness of it all. Despite the masks, I still think the servers were smiling, so the staff experience was pleasant. The nitro cold brew I had was nice, a little weak on the flavor profile but refreshing at least. Also had a spinach feta wrap. They’re expensive microwaved sandwiches, but I keep buying and consuming them, so... Standard Starbucks stuff.”

“My experience here was excellent! Service was fast and food was EXCELLENT, I loved the presentation. Of course we ordered take out due to this pandemic but over all it was great. I read multiple reviews just now and I’m sorry those customers did not like this place. I too hate when service takes forever and gets all mixed up. My experience was smooth and quick perhaps I ordered and arrived at a good time. All small businesses just opening during COVID-19 deserve a chance, this one included since they too are struggling to get on their feet and even trying to hire someone to work right now is utterly impossible. I do admit communication by phone ordering was a bit off At first with the Communication barrier. Not was all understood, but a young lady got on the phone and successfully finished our order. The food was great, love sushi and seaweed salad. Will definitely try other things here. Please support Small business right now! We are all struggling?? Stay safe friends.”
