Great selection of imported beers (both bottled and draft). Interesting menu including Welsh Rarebit and Scotch Eggs. Food (steak) was properly prepared and a nice quality/cut. Dessert choices were tasty. The indoor physical space is relatively small, with outdoor seating in the back. On Fridays and Saturdays, parking is valet only, as it's tight. Bright spot in Chester County. Worth a visit.

I rate it a four only because it needs to be bigger. Awesome atmosphere, great food, but super super crowded. Got there at 5 on a Saturday and had to wait an hour for a table. Worth it though. Best fish and chips I’ve had in PA

You step in the door and it reminds you of a British tavern. They offer both imported and local meads, ciders, and beers. BYOB with a reasonable corkage fee. Offering delicious British cuisine and friendly waitstaff. Food came out fairly quickly and they offer a delicious cheeseboard! I would recommend

Busy, busy place loads of customers in a old kings off historic building, the food was very good and the attention to the customer is your as well, lots of local regulars, that keep coming back to this place.

Their food is very good and of great quality ingredients that taste fresh, their crisps (French fries) are almost wedges but do have good flavor to them.

It appears as if the place wasn't much from the outside, once you step in it's another story, although not fancy but it isn't a dump either, is a little on the rough side, but in a good way.

The Whip is an awesome little hideaway with great food and fun atmosphere! Sundays they have brunch too, and their full English breakfast is always amazing! Plus you can always watch the horse racing on one if the TVs if that's your thing. In the summer the back patio is great to sit on too, right by a little creek and very scenic. It's always a treat to go there!
