“I'm not usually into chains, but this establishment is fantastic! First of all, the workers are fantastic. Always nice, smiling, asking how my day is. One even suggested how to make my smoothie even better. He was so spot on! I now visit there once a day for a thick smoothie with lots of flavor. Important to me: Vegan options (nutty super grain tastes like a real peanut butter milkshake!) Also important: they fill up my reusable cup each day :) Only thing I would like to see is environmentally friendly straws! Please!!! But this place is fantastic!”

“Generally speaking, I love this place. They make a mean cheesesteak and every person I've ever talked to in the store or when ordering has been courteous and pleasant. But then I order a Bigfoot (24" cheesesteak) for my 3 daughters as well as cheesesteaks for myself and my husband tonight and I didn't get what I paid for. My kids are all under 10 so to keep it even I whipped out a tape measure so I could cut the bigfoot evenly between them and found that it was 19". This may not seem like much but it was being split between 3 kids. Those 5" count y'all lol. So $50 later and my kids are still hungry. I mean, it's literally named after their establishment. Come on guys! I love your stuff, don't short me man. ****Also, don't judge me about measuring the thing. I have 3 prepubescent daughters, it's that deep lol”

There were some terrible, sugary sweet peppers on it and the chicken had no grill marks so it was flat grilled and somewhat overdone. “I tried Pat’s Pizza for the first time on a Thursday at around 4:30pm. The place looked clean and welcoming. The young man that took my order looked like he didn’t want to be there (but who really is passionate about taking orders at a pizza place? I get it) and was a little snippy when I simply asked if there was a price difference between the regular fries and waffle fries he offered me. Mumbling, “It’s just a side” isn’t a very professional or helpful. I brushed it off only because the people in front of me in line were giving him a hard time. As some who has worked in customer service, I understand how annoying that could be. I was a little concerned that a wrap with fries ran me almost $11, but I was satisfied when the food came out hot about 15 minutes later. My only small complaint is that the wrap wasn’t wrapped well and was barely held together by the toothpicks. However, I was pleased they didn’t decide to skimp on the ingredients in order to save room. I ate the wrap in the place and it was served to me on a nice plate. There was an abundance of napkins and ketchup available without me having to ask. Overall the experience was pleasant. Things seemed organized, the place was clean and you do get a decent portion of food for the money. I will be returning.”

“The best part about Floga is the service; the second is that it's a BYOB. I've had brunch and dinner, and both times the food was above average, delicious, but not extraordinary - which is okay! Everyone who works here is super nice, helpful, and accommodating - even with large parties. Both times I've asked for something specific - not a special order per se, but more like a recommendation based on something I was hungry for and received a selection of options (even if I DID want something special). Floga has a solid following of fans who enjoy the traditional Italian menu and who will always have a solid experience. There is no reason not to enjoy a meal here. It's an "every day" restaurant, not a "special occasion" one.”
