My husband and I ordered the curry chicken, jerk chicken, and had a sample of the curry goat. The food is beyond all expectations. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. We usually have to go out of state to find good Jamaican food and we are so happy to have found this.

It's rare as a Jamaican you find food that reminds you of home. Even being from New York I haven't tasted Jamaican cuisine like this. The red stripe beer fried chicken is something to really really phone home about. My husband and I each got a different plate. I was given a choice in oxtails either jerk or Curry. I went with jerk oxtails paired with rice and peas with veg. My husband ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas with veg as well. I also ordered a side of Mac and cheese and 2 sides of festival.

While waiting for our food the owner informed us that samples were free. So I opted for the Curry oxtail sample and baby let me tell you right now. Them Curry oxtails were so tender and it wasn't a baby sample either we had a nice juicy big sample. He also surprised us with a sample of the red stripe beer chicken. That instantly had us ordering a large order of it lol.

I don't do this often, maybe every couple of years or so, but the five star review that this restaurant, no, this shrine to flavor, has earned cannot be overstated. The man running the shack was super friendly, welcoming and generous with the samples, everything that I ate was magnificent, the meat was falling off the bone tender, moist and saturated with spices and flavor. The meal itself was a huge serving, more than your money's worth of food and every bite is fantastic. Please come down and give this place some love and attention, it deserves both in spades.

5 stars!!! About 2 weeks ago, I finally decided to stop by after work. I called ahead and mentioned that it was my first-time ordering. I was informed that I would be given a variety of samples upon my arrival. They weren't kidding. Everything was delicious! As I was getting my order, I met a Jamaican customer. She came all the way from Milton to pick up dinner. She ensured me that this place is the real deal. I ended up ordering the oxtail, mac n cheese, and curried ribs with rice. The portions are HUGE. We enjoyed everything!

This place is AMAZING. The owner is wonderfully kind and helpful. He gave us so many samples to help decide what we wanted. When we did decide the food was SO flavorful and the portions were HUGE. It’s reasonably priced too. He could have charged me double and I wouldn’t have complained. 10/10 would recommend.
