“Subs are always good, order accuracy is not as there has been at least one thing off in our first three orders. Nothing like getting take away and arriving at home to find your sub you’re sharing is a mini instead of a giant or that your no tomato extra lettuce was made with tomato zero lettuce! I think they are new and still working out the kinks but three different orders with multiple errors is too much to overlook. Perhaps ordering in person is the best way to get your sub at this location.”

“Our family gave this a try for the first the tonight and ordered an XL cheese pizza, pepperoni roll, meatball sub, and cheesesteak sub from a friendly Bella Bella worker on a Tuesday night. This was the best local takeout we have had in a long time. Hot, fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Ready in 25 minutes. First time customer and will order again on the next pizza night.”

“Visited on a Saturday night with our 12U hockey team and families - a pretty big group. Staff was extremely patient and accommodating in setting us up and making sure we were running smoothly. Bar staff was also very friendly and kept everything well organized and timely. All orders were served quickly, and we ordered a lot, and the food was surprisingly good. Safe to say that we ate better here than we would have at some of the nearby chain restaurants. Lanes/scoring system were great, too. Great visit, overall.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment today for the first time. While my print order was completing I was enveloped by the smell of deliciousness coming from the grill. The raspberry provolone grilled cheese sandwich was the size of Texas Toast and did not disappoint. If you have room for something sweet, the lemon blueberry cheesecake is whipped and baked to perfection. These ladies know exactly what they are doing. Best of all, they do it with a smile. “Just wanted a strawberry milkshake. 2 problems here: When did everyone start putting domed tops on takeout milkshakes. And when you ask them to NOT put whipping cream on top, you'd think you grew a third eye. Don't get me wrong, DQ is not the only one doing this, I just generally find it annoying. Along with the open hard to deal with domed top, there was another problem. The strawberries in the shake were barley cut up. This is not a complaint about using whole fresh strawberries chopped into it, but in not chopping it up enough. Maybe my mistake was that I planned to try to drink it while driving... Big chunks of strawberry do not fit through a straw. Despite the flavor being very good and as expected. I was not safely able to drink it while driving and would have been equally annoyed if I had eaten in the restaurant.”

“Kinda sucks that this place has gone downhill. Food quality the past two times I've been has been mediocre at best. Service is barely passable. There's nothing particularly terrible about the food, but most of it seems to just be kinda... meh. There's constantly empty trays out, even during peak dinner hours. Service wasn't good. We only had our drinks refilled once during the hour that we were there, and all of us got water. We had to ask for the refill. The waitress bussed out table twice before even noticing that the cups were empty. Honestly don't know how something like that could slip your mind.”

“We visited from out of town and surprised them with an 11 person party. They had us seated within a few minutes. Service was excellent and the food was great. Our son accidentally left his favorite toy plane behind and we were packing to leave two hours away before we realized it. I called and they had the toy. They shipped it to us. Really thankful they went out of their way to reunite it with our son. Talk about satisfying a customer! ????”

And I think the other girl though I was going to leave without paying or something because after I left the restroom. And was heading to the registers she totally blocked my path to the registers. And very rudely asked if she could help me. I told her I was done and going to pay. So she moved and I paid the bill and left. But maybe I took it the wrong way. The few times I've been there before it was good. And the food has always been very good. But the need to bring back the steak and cheese covered fries they were awesome.”

“Love going to chop house. Tonight I had the beer battered cod. It was really good but here's my suggestion. Anybody can serve you three little pieces of fish and some fries. Want to make yours more appealing? Bring me out one big honking piece of fish so everybody goes wow look at that! That looks so good! Presentation is the key. Make everyone want to order what they see you getting. There's lots of great places to get some fried fish like the Fire House and sorry chop house but bagged salad doesn't cut it. Fire House salads are beautiful every time. Just my thoughts.”
