It was nice to have clean, good tasting food, without excessive spices and overstated adjectives to describe the dish on the menu, as often found in restaurants today! Greeted by a friendly host that seemed happy that we were there- also a great touch these days. Sever provided excellent suggestions and was attentive but not intrusive. “Great parking right beside the restaurant. The restaurant was very clean. All the staff was very pleasant. Our waitress was attentive and very nice. We started out with the donuts- you need to try those!! We each had a different brunch item. Our vegetarian had the veggie skillet. She said it was the best she ever had. Our runner enjoyed the chicken and waffles with a side of cheese grits that made me think the chef must be from the south. I enjoyed the cheese steak hash which was just fantastic. The sweet peppers really made the dish. I don't usually eat them but I have now been converted. The presentation of each plate was very professional and we just had to take pictures of our food. I can't wait to enjoy another meal there. You definitely need to make this a must do on your list of restaurants to visit. I will be back!!”

They have some special sushi rolls that is made of black rice. It has very unique and light sweet flavor and texture. Please try it out on their forbidden rice roll menu. “Came to Rehoboth beach to spend Fathers Days with the family. After spending the majority of the day at the beach, we went to the nearby Tanger Outlet. While shopping, we passed the the food truck and the person working the food truck asked us if we would want crab cakes because he was planning to close soon. We told him we would come back. After shopping for about 40 more minutes, we realized that he stayed opened for us. Not only was the customer service amazing but the food as well. To our surprise, the crab tasted fresh and we saw him make the five sandwiches to ensure the freshness. Throughout having the meal, the person running the food truck would make sure we were pleased with the food. Highly recommend this place, if you see this food truck in a shopping center, do not let it scare you away.”

“After we got back from Seoul, my husband and I were sad that we couldn't find any authentic food in the area. When The Koop opened we were excited to try it out and man....it does not disappoint! The food is legit and tastes exceptional (especially the soy garlic chicken)!!! We ate there for lunch and strongly considered going back for dinner that same day. I highly recommend it.”

Best part for me was the playing of the Star Spangled Banner at noon. They do this daily. Business stops for 2 min 12 seconds. Everyone stood and showed respect for our flag. Deeply impressed.”

“I really liked my visit for lunch. The food was great and the place was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am rather picky when it comes to sandwiches and this place did not disappoint. I had a pork belly BLT and it they knocked it out of the park. Everything from the bread to the mayonnaise was delicious. They make almost everything in house which I love and they source meats locally. That is the way a restaurant should do business. Prices on the high side but I would much rather pay $9.00 for a sandwich when the meat is from 25 miles away and the mayonnaise was made that morning. I will definitely go back.”

“The food was just amazing! Very authentic Italian food pack with flavor. On a Thursday it was not too busy FEELING but still only had 3 open tables. I imagine the weekends would require reservations for a meal this good. Kind server, excellent service. I brought my 1.5 year old who was able to hold it together with bites of saltimbocca as his incentive. They did have a baby seat. Great for private weekday date night. Moderately price menu especially considering the food quality”
