“Lovely Indian/Nepalese restaurant right outside Harrisburg. The owner was incredibly friendly and gave complimentary Mango Lassi's to the people at our table! We ordered 3 types of chicken momos - the chicken chili, the chicken and the chicken jhol and they were all delicious. Our favorite was the chicken chili as it wasn't too spicy but had a bit of sweetness to it and more flavorful depth from the vegetables. The momos were all light in flavor though, nothing too strong or saucy which was just what we were looking for at the time. We also ordered the garlic naan (super flavorful and cooked perfectly), the papdam, and a mint/cilantro chutney. The chutney was DELICIOUS and went well with everything. Some other Indian/nepalese restaurants serve multiple chutneys with the papdam so this could be something to consider doing in the future. Would definitely go back! Friendly, low-key place and you can tell there's heart in the work and people there.”

“This is their second day so delays are expected. I tried mobile pick up since I work nearby. My coworker said her order was ready yesterday faster than expected on their first day. Be prepared that there is no walking in to the restaurant as described. When I went to the waiting area as the app tells you, it is a little awkward because you are facing the employees or the sun with no shade in the morning. Initially, I was told my order would be out “in a second” and then 15 min later I got my sandwich. They apologized as there was a large order ahead of me, so it was beyond 2-9min wait listed so I stood there in the sun sweating in my work clothes. There is seating; however, there was a large group of employees there eating and running away from wasps. Not the best experience but I would go back because the food is consistently delicious.”

“My family of 5 had an amazing lunch at Savory Cafe! There aren’t many places we can eat where we ALL find something on the menu we love! Even my very picky 11 year old son loved his meal! I would highly recommend the Reuben sandwich, the loaded fries w/ a sauce to die for, the tomato soup and the burger (just to name a few)! Our waitress, Lexi, was top notch, as well. Not only were the staff kind and professional but the overall decor and vibe of the cafe felt like “home”! Our family would highly recommend a stop at Savory Cafe!”

The buns are soft and the meat isn’t too crumbly, cooked really well no pink👍🏽 the grilled onions with perfect slight crunch and hint of sweet. It’s giving sonic, five guys vibes but doesn’t feel too heavy! A must-try. The most worth it meal I’ve had at strawberry square. Paid a little over $11 for a meal (+ fountain drink and fries). One burger may look lacking but sooo filling.”
